EARLY REGISTRATIONS ARE APPRECIATED BUT NOT REQUIRED! Please arrive by 12:45 pm on May 18 to finish the registration process. Payment due at check-in ($10, all of which goes to the Central Missouri Humane Society.) THANK YOU!
Filling out the above form consents to the following agreement: In consideration of Wenwood Farm Winery LLC permitting me to participate in the Wenwood Woof Fest activities, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims which I may hereafter accrue or which I may assert against Wenwood Farm Winery LLC, The Central Missouri Humane Society, and event sponsors, their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns, for personal injury or property damage which I may suffer or sustain as a result of my participation, and I hereby assume all risks of any such injury and damage. I certify that I and my dog are physically fit to participate in the event, and that I will be in control of my dog by leash at all times. I further grant permission to the use of photographs of me and my animal in media accounts and promotions for Wenwood Farm WInery. A waiver must be signed to participate in the Wenwood Woof Fest. Please arrive by 11:45 am with your pet for participation.
