first winery in Missouri to enter the arduous process of becoming
certified organic (final certification expected 2010.) This wine is a
triumph of sustainable agriculture and minimalistic processing, with
elegant color, a full, rich flavor, delicate body, and a slightly
smoky, sultry finish. An outstanding vintage of very limited
