Art in the Garden is held at Wenwood Farm Winery twice a year - in spring, along with our Redbud Festival on the third Saturday of April, and in the fall for the Harvest Home Festival on the last Saturday in September. Entries are limited to 25 artists, and works will be allowed to enter based on these criteria: works are original fine art or fine craft of high quality; works must be made in Missouri or neighboring states; and by number of entries in a given medium, so that as many mediums as possible are represented and no one medium is over-represented. Works will be juried in the order they are received and accepted or rejected within a week of entry. Jurors are: Lee Baker, Bachelor of Fine Arts; Renee Nilges, Best of Missouri Hands Artist; and Laura Neese, owner, Wenwood Farm Winery and amateur painter. There
is a $20 entry fee, to cover some of the costs of lawn care,
advertising, and incidentals; the entry fee is non-refundable but will
be offset by a $8 food stand allowance, and a continental breakfast of

By filling out and sending the above entry form, I signify that I have read and understand
the terms of the entry information as outlined below for the Wenwood Farm Winery Art in the
Garden Art Fair (April and/or September 2011) and agree to abide by its terms and conditions:
1. I will be responsible for setting up, dismantling and for sales of my own display at the Wenwood Art in the Garden (April and/or September 2011). 2. I will be responsible for payment of sales tax to the state of Missouri on items sold from my display at the Art in the Garden (April and/or September 2011). 3. I verify that my work is all
original and of my own creation. I understand that copies of
professional photographs or other artists' work are not allowed. 4. In consideration
of Wenwood Farm Winery LLC permitting me to participate in the Wenwood Art in the Garden activities, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all
rights and claims which I may hereafter accrue or which I may assert
against Wenwood Farm Winery LLC
and event sponsors, their officers, directors, employees, agents,
successors and assigns, for personal injury or property damage which I
may suffer or sustain as a result of my participation, and I hereby
assume all risks of any such injury and damage. I further grant permission
to the use of photographs of me and my booth setup in media accounts and
promotions for Wenwood Farm WInery and Art in the Garden.
